Tag is a black & white rough-coated large neutered male Border
Collie. He was purchased as a stock dog and lives in the barn. He works full-time
on a dairy / beef farm but loves to play flyball any chance he gets. It is Tag's job
to escort each cow from the milk parlor to its stall twice each day. He also
is helpful when sorting stock for market. Like most working guys, he works for
his weekends away. His nickname given by the team due to the "odor de
dairy air" is Stinky. We went through a lot more shampoo than the average
flyballer to get Tag clean and fresh smelling for tournaments. He started Flyball
Racing in May '99 and has earned his FD, FDX, and FDCh certificates (now FDCH-G).
Tag is now retired from flyball due to farm work injuries, and will be
getting workman's comp soon!
